We have 4 hours free parking onsite for our visitors when you validate your parking ticket with one of our brands. You must validate your parking ticket to receive the 4 hours free parking. Staying longer? View the parking tariff here.
Do we need to pre-book or can we turn up on the day?
We recommend you pre-book most activities and restaurants ahead of your visit. Book with our brands direct here. For Volcano Falls Adventure Golf and Funstation you can simply walk up on the day.

Yes, we have onsite electric car charging points located in the car park on Level 1.
Do you have parcel drop off and collection lockers?
Yes, Amazon Lockers are located on the Basement Level, outside Nuffield Health. Find out more here.
